Following two decades in businesses ranging from hospitality and entertainment to meeting and conference management, Marc was recruited to be Chief Operating Officer of KB Visions, Inc., a pharmaceutical and veterinary medical organization. He directed all aspects of the business which included serving as a strategic advisor and managing a multi-tier litigation team–a daunting challenge that resulted in a mid-2010 royalty settlement in excess of $20 million.

More recently Marc has lead the team managing the daily life and business operations for the inventor of the highest grossing pharmaceutical ophthalmology drug.

Among the major clients and companies he has provided strategic and production support to are: American Express, British Airways, AT&T, Bell South, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coca Cola, Eastman Kodak, Hertz, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, US Air and many other prominent national and international operations.

Marc is a graduate of Cornell University’s Hotel School and has worked with many national and local charitable organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Georgia and National Ovarian Cancer Society, and the Mental Health organization of Washington DC.

Katie Brannon is a seasoned veteran in the hospitality and personal service industry. With an extensive background ranging from Global Chauffeured transportation, to property management, to professional bookkeeping; Katie offers her clients a focused work ethic and incomparable personal knowledge of the personal services business. Katie thrives on challenges, and takes great pride in managing the business and personal needs of her clients.

She spent 6+ years as a personal assistant to the COO of KB Visions. She was responsible for the day-to-day business and personal life of the inventor of a billion dollar breakthrough ophthalmology drug.

She was recruited by Fortis Riders Transportation to assist a goal-oriented entrepreneur and build a chauffeured transportation company. The business was quickly successful and she became head of the personal relations department. She was soon rubbing elbows with some of the top CEO’s, athletes, celebrities, and publicists.

During Katie’s five-year tenure at Fortis Riders Transportation, she received many awards for her outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty. She was responsible for handling the most demanding and complicated assignments and clientele. It would be fair to say that Katie’s telephone number was on some of the world’s highest-profile celebrities, executives, and athletes speed dial.

Susan joins us with a strong background in property management and concierge services. She specializes in our student services division and never ceases to amaze us with her ability to multi-task.

Currently, her duties include; Bill pay services, parcel & mail pickup, Home inspections, client communication, utility control, scheduling/overseeing repairs and maintenance, manage household staff (maids, nannies, lawn, pool), secure premises.
Critter Concierge duties include; Feed, water, exercise, Playtime, brush out, mail/packages, alternate lighting, taxi service to Vet/Groomer, medication.

Responsibilities included; maintain the common areas and structures within the HOA properties. Hiring and managing maintenance crews. Oversee repairs and maintenance for common areas, landscaping, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, entrance structures, trash removal, lighting. Ensuring legal compliance to Covenants and Bylaws. Worked with DOT on street signs and road repairs. Distributed monthly publications. Implemented neighborhood watch program and community involvement. In charge of clubhouse rentals, hiring pool staff and Maintenance Company. Collected dues and handles property finances. Negotiated and oversaw major projects, ie, tennis court resurfacing and pool resurfacing and cleaning services. Handled homeowner complaints, Worked closely with local law enforcement to retain a safe living environment. A founding member of the Cobb County Police Email Notification System (PENS). Worked with HOA Board on yearly budget and attended monthly homeowner meetings.
